Why BASE?

I continue to work with corporations on complex real-estate projects around the world. BASE grew from a desire to bring that experience closer to where I live — working on a smaller, more personal scale with owners and their properties in the Algarve.

Small-scale and personal projects deserve particular attention. A home, retreat or leisure property is not simply about the building itself. The surroundings, the setting and the way everything comes together have a huge influence on how you experience and enjoy a place.
